X-Ray Diffraction data from Escherichia coli DOS, source of 1V9Y structure

High resolution native X-ray diffraction obtained in two passes. Merging the two datasets yields useable data to 1.6 A resolution.

DOS crystals quick-soaked (10 s) with 0.5 KBr were used for data collection at 1.08 A . f" (0.6) is not optimal at this wavelength. Nonetheless, the data yield useful information regarding binding sites.

This is a three wavelength MAD data collected at the iron edge. E1 = 7134.03 eV; E2 = 7634 eV; E3 = 7124.35 eV. Bijvoet pairs were collected in real time using a 1 deg wedge (inverse beam), which is the standard protocol at ALS beamline 8.3.1. Data identifier: Sono: but1_1_E1_### to but1_1_E3_### The crystal used here yields a complete 2.88 A MAD data set.

This is the native data set obtained in two passes and requires merging to generate the complete dataset: hn_18: high resolution data (low res region masked with an aluminum disk) extending to 1.58 A or better hn_19: low resolution data (unattenuated) and can be readily merged to 1.8 A.
