Reprocessing Instructions

These are two overlapping sets of images, with root file names IP7_4_1 and IP7_4_2 (1000 frames each). Our best processing strategy to get one complete integrated/scaled dataset (the one effectively used to determine and refine the published structure), used the first 800 frames from set IP7_4_1, merged with frames 1-530 and 650-910 from set IP7_4_2.
