Reprocessing Instructions

The ASU should be composed of a CifR dimer complex with DNA plus an apo CifR monomer which forms a dimer with a symmetry mate. This is determined with another SeMet dataset (6NSR). Only the model of the CifR-DNA complex was refined since the electron density for the apo CifR is too weak for us to build the model confidently.
